General Requirements:

  • Have an active passport.

Document Requirements:

  • Registration Form
  • Recent Color Photo (Size 3×4 cm, Formal, White background).
  • Photocopy of ID card (KTP).
  • Photocopy KK (Kartu Keluarga).
  • Photocopy of diploma and transcript.
